Hobb-A-Cue is an Oklahoma-rooted barbecue brand built around bold flavor, small-batch care, and Heartland tradition.

It began as an experiment to create a bold, tangy steakhouse-style sauce without copying anybody else's recipe.

The result took its own path and became something completely different: Rustic Dill, a barbecue sauce crafted especially for poultry.

Rustic Dill was made for chicken, turkey, wings, Cornish hens, and smoked poultry. It brings together savory barbecue depth, bright tang, and a signature dill finish that stands apart from the usual heavy, overly sweet sauces.

Hobb-A-Cue is starting where good food businesses should start: close to home, face-to-face, and one customer at a time. The plan is to grow through farmers markets, then into a food trailer, and someday into a restaurant rooted in Oklahoma flavor and honest cooking.

The long-term hope is bigger than sauce. Hobb-A-Cue wants to help bring better food to the community, including schools and local programs. Too many people remember school lunches as gray meat, plastic noodles, and empty ketchup bins. We believe kids deserve meals with real flavor, real care, and real dignity.
